Running on the trails is a great way to improve your fitness, experience a bit of nature and get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life – if you do it right! Come and learn the joys of running off the beaten track and learn the skills to tackle any terrain.

You will learn:
Running uneven ground
Downhill running safely and quickly
Uphill skills including running and powerhiking
Techniques for maximum efficiency
Tips on equipment, footwear, hydration.

Duration: 2 hours
Location: Lower Beechmont Conservation Area (Meet Belliss Rd, Clagiraba)
Time: 6am – 8am
Cost: $50 per person
What to bring: Running shoes and clothes, hat, sunscreen, water

How fit do I need to be? Total running distance will be about 5km including a few hills. The pace of the session is very easy and would suit anyone from a complete novice trail runner to someone with some prior experience wishing to improve their technique.
