5km BRRC Championship & 10km 26-Nov-23
68 Hill End Terrace, West EndBrisbane Road Runners Club (formerly known as the Queensland Marathon and Road Runners Club) was established in 1982. Our events are generally held every second Sunday, and are open to Club members and Visitors alike. This event is the 5km Club Championships but there is also a 10km race on the day too.
Events are conducted on an accurately measured 5k course along Riverside Drive at West End, Brisbane. For distances longer than 5k, multiple loops are used.
Electronic timing is used for accurate lap/finish times and a timing clock is positioned near the start/finish line. All events have police permits, marshals, and two water stations on the course.
A light breakfast of fresh fruit and sports drink is provided.
Members pay no race entry fees and are able to pre-register online for our events in the lead-up to each event.
Visitors are welcome at our events and can register in person on the morning of each event prior to the start of the race.
