In the current stress and negativity surrounding us all, we thought we would share some positives!  While we have unfortunately had to move all our group runs "virtual" for the time being, we are loving that the running community is staying active and positive and still getting out there (at a safe distance!) to keep up the training.

We are in the middle of our second learn to run class (currently online as well - in normal circumstances a group of 8-12 with three coaches), which is going great, thanks to the help and support of two new coaches who have just completed their Level 1. Sharon and Lisa both love running and helping others so, along with Al, they know how to encourage everyone to achieve their best and get as much fun out of running as they do.

It's been so good having both these ladies on the team and we are looking forward to seeing them do great things with our future learn to run courses. If you have been thinking about getting your running shoes on and giving it a try, why not give us a shout and we can give you full details for the next group.  We can promise heaps of support - no matter your starting point, great selfies and lots of laughs!
