Ever wanted to run, but never been a runner?


Our Beginners Program has turned non-runners into runners through positive support, encouragement, structure and endless motivation.


2018 was a very successful year for our entry level 'Couch to 10km' and '10km to 21.1km' structured development programs.  


We are so incredibly proud of our beginner runners and the unbelievable achievements they have accomplished.  


The SRG Beginner Program is back in 2019!


SRG is running three beginner programs in 2019, starting with a 0 to 10km program in January, leading up to Brisbane’s Great South Run, a 10 to half marathon leading up to Gold Coast Marathon and a 0 to 15 km leading up to Gold Coast 50 later in the year.


If you have been looking at SRG and are not sure, the SRG Committee encourages you to give this a try. We are a volunteer led incorporated organisation and all sessions are free, so what do you have to lose?
